Introducing the Pagely Knowledgebase

Today we’re rolling out a useful resource to help you get faster, self-serve answers to your pre-sales questions. Not everyone has the time nor desire to do a conference call with a salesperson and sometimes you just want to quickly look up an answer to your question. If you’re one of these people, I won’t be offended! 😉

We’ve spent the past few months extracting pre-sales questions from email exchanges, internal chats and conference call notes. We now bring to you the new Pre-sales Knowledgebase with over 300 articles all categorized and tagged for your convenience and another 200 curated and pending addition. This effort is the culmination of hundreds of hours of our interns working to extract and distill this information into a structured, searchable format. The KB gives you not just the ability to answer your own questions more quickly but also to gain exposure to questions you never thought to ask. The articles span fourteen categories:

Beyond giving you a static read-only view of this info, we’ve also added a pre-sales chat feature that allows you to get clarification to any nuances not addressed in the articles themselves.
