Can Customers Choose When Maintenance Occurs?

We give our customers options for monthly two-hour maintenance window slots when potentially site-disruptive maintenance is required. Ubuntu, NGINX and PHP updates are examples of potentially service-disrupting updates that would occur during these predefined windows.

We’re automatically updating WordPress core and plugin versions for you to have them run in the background, non-intervening to your visitors.

Due to the nature of High Availability configurations, these plans are exempt from experiencing any maintenance-related downtime. We can essentially apply these larger, more critical updates to each server in a staggered fashion to avoid affecting your website’s visitors. This means there’s always a server live responding to your traffic requests.
