This level of assistance comes standard with every VPS plan purchase with us, so all Pagely customers are able to receive this type of special attention from our WordPress engineer experts.

After completing the migration phase, our guided launch comes into play in the latter stage of the Pagely Onboarding Process. Each customers is assigned a dedicated onboarding manager who will shepherd you through the entire way. Guided launch support is offered on the scheduled day & time of cutover while you’re working with our staff via livechat or ticket. We’re here to step you through the DNS cutover process and monitor your WordPress site traffic and application performance as the cutover happens.
