Yes, our VPS hosting options support IonCube loader library.
However, its use greatly limits our ability to support sites using it. If there are any problems with an IonCube encrypted plugin that are not related to the configuration of IonCube, the customer is responsible for addressing those issues and will also have to contact IonCube for us as needed.
