SFTP access can be assigned account-wide with the option of limiting down to single, individual WordPress sites as needed.
Our Collaborator System allows our customers the flexibility to enable SFTP access to any team members or third party developers they bring aboard on a per-site basis. File access is restricted to each site per SFTP account.
