We support a number of staging workflows so it really depends on what you’re comfortable using.

If you have Git-based setup for 1 click deployment, then this is completely doable. Working with Git for your source control and either incorporating DeployBot or Capistrano for deployment is common amongst our customer base. In those scenarios, you would typically tag a release and deploy it first to staging and then to production.
