If a plugin or core update causes downtime on your site our engineers will be alerted immediately via our internal 24\/7 site monitoring system. We would then proceed to address the issue on your behalf.\r\n\r\nIf an update causes a cosmetic issue with your site, that would fall outside the scope of our monitoring. In that situation, you would\u00a0open a support ticket and have our team work to fix the issue for you in order to bring your site back up.\r\n\r\nTo avoid experiencing any breakage on your live site, you have the option to enable auto-updates to both WordPress core and plugin updates to occur in a staging environment first for assurance testing. In that situation, you would need to open a support ticket for our engineers to push WordPress core updates to your production instance. Plugin updates would need to be pushed from staging to production by the customer.
