Yes. You would just need to provide the EV certificate that covers the CDN hostname (regular EV cert with multiple SAN’s). In our latest version of Atomic, customer have the ability to easily add 3rd party SSL certs self-serve. For details behind this process, review our Support KB Installing 3rd-Party SSL Certificates.
Following the installation, you would likely want to run a plugin like WP Force that forces all HTTP -> HTTPS.
