Our automated systems handle these migration transfers, carefully supervised by our WordPress engineering experts to ensure proper data integrity during the transition.

Note: Plan upgrades — either from a standard to a higher capacity plan, or from a single node configuration to a High Availability (HA) configuration — do not involve a migration. This is because we either simply resize your existing Amazon EC2 server — for the single-node setups — or, for the single-node-to-HA setups, we are able to add a second node, sync your content over, and carry on serving your site from there, all transparently to the end user.
