Yes, any admin-level account collaborator (including the account owner) will have the option to grant access in terms of roles and permissions to each user they bring on with the option of two-factor authentication (2FA) available.

At Pagely, security is extremely sensitive and well cared for with multiple precautions and features in place. For tightening the security of your system, we highly encourage you enforce 2FA for all of your users. Each new user is then emailed with specific login instructions.
