My job is to make sure that our new and existing customers are happy & satisfied overall with the services we provide. Whether you are new to Pagely or an existing client, I make it my mission to ensure your experience with us is nothing short of excellent.
Knowing your client
One of the most important aspects of business is knowing your client’s immediate and long-term needs. This means gathering as much information as possible to understand the current and future requirements of the project. Whether you are a new client or an existing client who is launching a product or expecting an unusual load in spike, our job is to make sure you have a smooth ride going live and/or handling the expected and, in some cases, the unexpected spike in traffic.
Working with the teams
At Pagely, I work with every department. It is extremely important to know what each department does and how they operate. One of my jobs is to make sure the client gets the information they need when submitting an inquiry or a request. Depending on the client’s needs, I make sure to coordinate with our internal teams to ensure our customers get a quick and informative response.
It is very important to hear what our customers have to say with regards to our services and product. One of my missions is to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the tools, support, and hardware we provide in order to grow their business. We value our customer’s feedback and make sure to provide and/or tweak certain aspects of the service that would be beneficial and vital to their growth.
