Pagely servers and services are hosted within the AWS (Amazon Web Services) infrastructure. Any point where we state data is collected or stored at Pagely, it also implies that the data is within an AWS data center. AWS has an extensive privacy policy and compliance page.
Marketing
Item: Online Surveys
Data Collected: Email Address, Answers To Questions.
For the purposes of marketing surveys, we collect contact email addresses and survey answers. This data is shared with a third party [Google, Delighted] which provides a service of web based surveys. This data is stored in [HubSpot]. These surveys are not required for Pagely service, and are entirely optional to participate in.

Pagely allows public comments on our blog, any visitor is free to provide their opinion or comment on our blog content. Commenting on the Pagely blog is not required for Pagely service, and optional to participate in. The Email address, IP address, Moniker and comment post data are stored on Pagely servers.

To provide efficient support service for our customers, Pagely utilizes a third party support provider [ZenDesk] Usage of ZenDesk is required for Pagely customers who need to contact our support team for assistance.

Item: Security Scan Requests

Pagely customers wishing to perform security scans or assessments on their Pagely hosted services are required to fill out a security scan request first. This form requests information about the scanning parties, emergency contact information, and IP address of the signing party. This document is stored on Pagely servers, and backups are sent to a third party [DropBox]

Item: Bug Reports
Data Collected: Name, Email, Details Of Report (Which May Contain Sensitive Information)
From time to time, submitting a bug report regarding a failure or problem on our infrastructure may be necessary for us to debug and correct an issue. This data may be required to address a bug on our platform, however may not be necessary. The data is shared with a third party, our bug triaging system [BugMuncher]

Item: Automated Error Reporting
Data Collected: IP Address, Cookies, HTTP Request, And A Stack Trace
If a user encounters a fatal error (bug) while using our administration panel, an automated report is generated which provides details of the failure to a third party bug reporting system, [BugSnag] and a Pagely hosted Dashboard of reported errors. This data is required for Pagely to be notified of any errors in our infrastructure, or of abusive actions. Sensitive data like passwords are scrubbed from this data before they are sent or stored.

Individuals interested in applying for a job at Pagely must submit the above contact information for us to follow up with their application. This data is required for us to contact and interview individuals interested in working at Pagely. The data is shared with a third party [Breezy]

Pagely handles it’s data privacy agreement with our e-signature service on esign.pagely.com. Customers wishing to accept the terms of this contract may e-sign the data privacy agreement on esign.pagely.com. Their signature, and other information collected (like their business address) are saved on our esign.pagely.com server and backed up to a third party [DropBox]
