From time to time, submitting a bug report regarding a failure or problem on our infrastructure may be necessary for us to debug and correct an issue. This data may be required to address a bug on our platform, however may not be necessary. The data is shared with a third party, our bug triaging system [BugMuncher]
If a user encounters a fatal error (bug) while using our administration panel, an automated report is generated which provides details of the failure to a third party bug reporting system [Sentry] and a Pagely hosted Dashboard of reported errors. This data is required for Pagely to be notified of any errors in our infrastructure, or of abusive actions. Sensitive data like passwords are scrubbed from this data before they are sent or stored.
Pagely records the activity our customer’s activity in our administration panel, this is done for security and auditing purposes. This data is required for Pagely to collect, as it fulfills the business purpose of security and auditing.

Individuals interested in receiving information about our product may fill out this data for our sales team to contact them regarding our services. During the sales process Pagely will collect the above data in order for our sales team to best discuss our product with potential customers. This data is required in order for our sales team to contact individuals about our service. During the sales process, customers needing to communicate with our sales team will need to provider the above data so our sales team can contact them. This data is required in order for our sales team to contact individuals about our service. This data is shared with a third party [Calendly]
During the sales process, customers may be sent a sales questionnaire which is managed by a third party [Dilogr]. The answers to these questions are used to assist the sales team to recommend the best Pagely product for the customer’s needs.
For the purposes of marketing surveys, we collect contact email addresses and survey answers. This data is shared with a third party [Survey Monkey, Google, or getfeedback.com] which provides a service of web based surveys. This data is stored with [Survey Monkey] which is shared with [Pagely]. These surveys are not required for Pagely service, and are entirely optional to participate in.
Pagely allows public comments on our blog, any visitor is free to provide their opinion or comment on our blog content. Commenting on the Pagely blog is not required for Pagely service, and optional to participate in. The Email address, IP address, Moniker and comment post data are stored on Pagely servers.
Pagely periodically keeps in contact with parties interested in receiving our email based newsletter. Signing up for the newsletter is not required for Pagely service. The email address and name of the individuals are stored with a third party email newsletter service [active campaign] Participants in the Pagely newsletter may opt-out or update their contact information at any time.
Pagely may offer physical swag (t-shirts, stickers, other…) in rare occasions for customers, employees or contractors. For shipping purposes, the recipient’s contact information detailed above is collected and shared with a third party service [Printfection]
[Pagely] periodically may notify a customer and request feedback in the form of a survey and comment section. The Happiness Survey is optional, and not required for Pagely service. Data collected from this survey is stored on Pagely servers, and third parties: [Zapier], [Active Campaign], [Calendly], and [Asknice.ly]
To provide efficient support service for our customers, Pagely utilizes a third party support provider [ZenDesk] Usage of ZenDesk is required for Pagely customers who need to contact our support team for assistance.
Some Pagely customers may be offered temporary Slack based support. Customers wishing for Slack based support will need to create a Slack account, and use it to log in to our Slack server. This account information (and any data communicated over Slack) is shared with the third party [Slack]
Pagely customers wishing to perform security scans or assessments on their Pagely hosted services are required to fill out a security scan request first. This form requests information about the scanning parties, emergency contact information, and IP address of the signing party. This document is stored on Pagely servers, and backups are sent to a third party [DropBox]
Individuals interested in applying for a job at Pagely must submit the above contact information for us to follow up with their application. This data is required for us to contact and interview individuals interested in working at Pagely. The data is shared with a third party [Breezy]
Pagely handles it’s data privacy agreement with our e-signature service on esign.pagely.com. Customers wishing to accept the terms of this contract may e-sign the data privacy agreement on esign.pagely.com. Their signature, and other information collected (like their business address) are saved on our esign.pagely.com server and backed up to a third party [DropBox]
